Shannon Grove, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist aims to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual's unique circumstances. Whether it is weight loss or weight management, managing a health condition, or developing a healthy relationship with food, Shannon offers a variety of services and packages designed to meet your needs.
Shannon is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, passionate about health, nutrition, and happiness. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with a variety of clients and businesses and her focus has always remained consistent; she is here to help people nourish their body, and improve their health through mindful eating and nutrition counseling. Shannon believes exercise is a vital role in health & wellness so in 2015 she co-founded Studio 317 Fitness & Cycling in Greenwood, Indiana. She coaches a variety of fitness classes from Indoor Cycling to Urban Stretch and developed a Wellness Program focusing on body composition with lifestyle changes and long-term results. Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband (Dustin), two dogs (Hank & Piper) and friends/family.
